Alys has received numerous accolades for her artistry. In February 2026 she won First Place in the prestigious International Garden Photographer of the Year’s (IGPOTY) Beauty of Plants category. LUXlife Magazine named her as Best Floral Photographic Artist, France 2026 and Affectionately known as The Flower Whisperer, Alys Walker-Tinson specialises in macro Fine Art floral photography, capturing the soul of her subjects through vibrant colour and meticulous attention to detail. In 2025 she was awarded First Place in the Decagon Gallery, Brooklyn, New York Botanicals Exhibition and was invited to present a solo exhibition. Alys has been shortlisted as a finalist in Close‑Up Photographer of the Year (CUPOTY) on four occasions, including in 2025. Her entry for the Art Photography Awards 2026 was selected for the online Competition Gallery by the editors.
In Autumn 2025, Béziers’ Hors Cadre Exhibition included five of her works. In 2025 she was accepted as an Elite member of ClickPro, reflecting the consistency and quality of her portfolio. Spring 2026, 11 of her images were included in the Printemps de Poêtes Exhibition at the Médiathèque Béziers. She was shortlisted by Artist Space Gallery in their Nature Art Exhibition. ...
