Max Wiel is a photographer who spent his childhood in Madagascar where he started using his family's Super 8 camera to take pictures of the beautiful landscapes. Later, while working as a jazz club programmer, he began his professional career by photographing musicians. Wiel has collaborated with Jazz Hot, Jazz Swing Journal, and Batteur Magazine, as well as being the official photographer of the Jazz Valley festival. He has photographed at various jazz festivals, traditional music festivals, and jazz clubs across France.
