Achille Beltrame was an Italian artist born in 1871 in Milan. He was a painter, illustrator, and caricaturist who gained fame for his satirical drawings and political cartoons. Beltrame studied at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan and later worked as a cartoonist for several newspapers and magazines, including Il Corriere della Sera and La Domenica del Corriere.
