Ron Embleton (1930-88) was a British artist and illustrator known for his work in comics, advertising, and publishing. He began his career in the 1950s, working for various publishers and magazines, including Eagle, Look and Learn, and TV Century 21. Embleton was particularly known for his detailed and realistic illustrations, which often featured historical and military themes. In the 1960s, Embleton became a founding member of the illustration agency, Young Artists, which represented some of the most talented artists of the time.
