David Inshaw was born in Staffordshire and studied painting at the Beckenham School of Art. He further studied at the Royal Academy Schools under Peter Greenham. He started teaching painting and print-making at the West of England College of Art in Bristol and moved to live and paint in Bristol where he formed an association with the painters Graham and Ann Arnold, calling themselves the Broad Heath Brotherhood and exhibiting as a group at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. <br> <br> In 1984 he started etching at the 107 Workshop with Jack Shirreff and is currently living and working in David Inshaw was born in Staffordshire and studied painting at the Beckenham School of Art.
