Having spent his childhood in the rural areas in Jujuy and Córdoba provinces, Cruz gained an early understanding of the land around him and the Horses he encountered. It was here he discovered his passion for his love of Landscape painting and was fortunate enough to work as a guide with Horses, which was to become so important in his understanding of their movement and how they behave. After studying at Consudec Institute where he became a Professor of Arts in both Drawing and Painting, Cruz went on to do short Post Graduate seminars at "Ernesto de la Carcova", Posgraduate Institu Having spent his childhood in the rural areas in Jujuy and Córdoba provinces, Cruz gained an early understanding of the land around him and the Horses he encountered. After this Cruz started to teach Art from his studio as well as take numerous commissions and several exhibitions including shows in Colegio de Abogados, Universidad Católica Argentina, and in the Jardín Japonés de Buenos Aires. Cruz also had his work represented in the world renowned Cow Parade in Buenos Aires. <br />Cruz's work is based around the interaction of colour and light and the perception of what he sees around him whilst maintaining the harmony of the land. <br />He describes his finished paintings as " A window to the world around us". <br />With his increasing popularity on the International Art Market Cruz has had his work collected round the world, including America, Brazil, Canadá, Equator, Spain, UK, and Argentina.?<br /> ...
