Marion S. Trikosko was an American photojournalist active during the Vietnam War, Civil Rights Movement, and throughout the 1970s. Trikosko shot for The New York Times and U.S. News & World Report, working there for twenty-eight years. He was famous for his aerial views of the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom and his photographs of civil rights leaders Martin Luther King, Jr., Malcolm X, and A. Phillip Randolph; one iconic image featured Martin Luther King and Malcolm X waiting for a press conference in March 1964. He also snapped pictures of political figureheads such as former A Marion S.
