Domingo (b. 1942) is an American painter known for luminous, spiritually charged works that merge figuration, abstraction, and symbolism. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design before forging his own distinctive path, developing a visual language in which women, horses, birds, and elemental forms embody freedom, mystery, and transcendence.
Over his career, Domingo has exhibited widely in the United States, with one-man shows in Aspen, Santa Fe, Palm Desert, Scottsdale, Detroit, and Nashville, as well as a long association with Acacia Fine Arts Galleries in Arizona and California. His paintings are held in numerous private and corporate collections, including the Chicago Blackhawks, Hancock Enterprises, Robin Spence Enterprises, and jazz musician George Benson, with some collectors holding dozens of works. A deeply spiritual artist, Domingo describes himself as a vessel: “My art belongs to God. I’m just the vessel it flows through.” ...
